Terms and Conditions of Sale for Online Orders

 

1) Information about Us:

We are Niagara Healthcare Limited (CANISSAGE) a registered Company in England and Wales under Company Number 1563257. These are our terms and conditions of sale which apply when you place an order online. Our registered office is Colomendy Industrial Estate, Rhyl Road, Denbigh, Denbighshire, LL16 5TS. 2) Placing an Order:

You can place an order directly via our website. During checkout, you will be guided through the ordering process and provided with a summary of your selected products, total cost, and delivery details. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate before confirming your order.

 

3) Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order:

Once your payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued via email, a legally binding contract will be formed between you and us. This contract is governed by these terms and conditions and the applicable laws of England and Wales.. We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with our contract with you and pride ourselves in making high quality goods for use.

 

4) Product specification:

Any photographs, sizes and/or product description, and any illustrations contained in our brochures or on our website are produced to provide you with an approximate idea of the Goods they describe and/or are representative of the finished product.

 

5) Pricing and Payment:

All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Ownership of the goods transfers to you only once payment has been received in full. UK Delivery charges are £15 per order and will be clearly stated at checkout.

5) Delivery information:

Delivery is made via standard courier service. You will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. We aim to deliver within the timeframe stated, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for such delays. 

 

6) Service:

We have over Sixty years' experience of looking after customers and our expertise is supported by a team of experienced staff in our service department who have the skills to resolve all issues. To provide you with the very best customer service, we may record our calls for training or monitoring purposes. We are always happy to help you with any product information or questions you may have regarding your experience. In the first instance please contact your representative. 7) Your guarantee:

The guarantee starts from the date of delivery and provides cover against manufacturing defects for two years, with exception of batteries where a 6-month warranty applies. This guarantee does not extend to: Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, careless treatment or negligence. 

 

​Examples of misuse would include (but are not limited to):

  • Plastics or Electronics damage due to dropping of the product. ​

  • Excessive twisting of cables or cuts to cables. 

  • Excessive bending of cable connections. 

  • Excessive force applied to cables or connectors. 

  • Excessive force applied to buttons or controls. 

  • Incorrect cleaning or storage. 

  • Instruction for use and care guide not being appropriately followed. 

  • Animals Biting, scratching or damaging the Canissage in anyway.

8) Cancellation of Orders:

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not, you can return your product(s) within 14 days beginning on the day after delivery. If delivery of goods occurs on different dates, this is 14 days after the final delivery date. Please contact our representative for further information on returns and exchanges or email AftersalesDept@niagarahealthcare.co.uk All goods must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with all tags and labels attached (unless faulty) Cancelled orders are subject to a reasonable collection and restocking fee of £79 (inc. VAT) (Unless faulty).

 

9) Cancellation of orders made at Events or Shows:

Within the first 24 hours of placing your order you can cancel or amend any of the products within the order and we will provide a full refund for any orders cancelled within this timeframe. Any orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee. If you would like to cancel your order, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to do this is to contact our representative. Alternatively, you can email AftersalesDept@niagarahealthcare.co.uk .

 

10) Refunds:

We will refund you the price you paid for the goods. Normally refunds are processed to you within 14 working days from when we have received return of the goods - less any applicable collection/restocking fee if appropriate.

11) Governing Law:

These terms and your use of the website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
