Cancellation Policy
Appointments are 45 minute one-to one consultations held through Google Meet. Your joining link will be sent to the email address used when booking, so please check that your details are correct. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email. If you arrive late, the consultation may be shortened to avoid affecting the next appointment. Appointments missed without notice may need to be rebooked. Please join from a suitable location with a reliable internet connection.
