Q: I’ve ordered a Canissage! How long will it take to arrive?
Currently our Canissage massage beds are made to order. To make sure your Canissage is made with the most love and care we say to allow for 7-10 days for delivery. However, once it’s ready to go it’ll be sent out on next day delivery if you are in England or Wales and as quickly as we are able to for delivery if you are in the highlands or overseas.
Q: Will my dog like it?
99% of dogs love our Canissage dog massage beds. We are yet to find a dog who won’t settle with a few pats and gravy bones! Often the most nervous and noise sensitive dogs are the ones who fall asleep the quickest. However, be aware you are putting your dog on a vibrating bed therefore taking it steady and a few persuasive treats is a good idea for the first time.

You will receive a full guide on how to introduce your dog to Canissage Pulse Therapy Massage when you receive your bed but the best thing to do is keep it simple, start low and bring treats!

Q: How long should I have it on for and what setting should I use?
Your Canissage Pulse dog massage bed comes with a full guide on how to use it for best results. However, the main thing is that your dog is happy and relaxed. Do what your dog most prefers. All the time your dog is receiving therapy they will reap the benefits.
Q: I have purchased a portable pack, how long will the battery last?
Canissage Pulse Batteries will last for around 16-18 uses for an average 20 minute sessions for each use. The batteries take around an hour to charge by mains and a little longer if you charge in the car.

Car chargers do not come as standard with a Canissage Pulse massage bed however these can be purchased from our online shop
Q: Does the Canissage Dog massage bed come with a warranty?
Canissage comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty on the bed and 6-month battery warranty. If you ever need to order more, you can do this by our online shop or by calling our servicing team on 01745 811200.
Q: Can I put a blanket or bed on top of the Canissage Pulse Bed?
Yes! Make the Canissage therapy bed as cosy as you like for your dog! The unique nonaggressive therapy in the Canissage bed can travel though up to 3 feet of bone! So a few blankets won’t make any difference to the effectiveness of the CVT therapy.
Q: Where can I use my Canissage massage bed?
You can use the Canissage dog therapy bed wherever you like! In the car on the go (if you purchase our portable add on pack), on the sofa, in a crate, under their normal beds or blankets, at events or just lying in front of the fire. Canissage can be fully portable and is designed to fit into your routine.
Q: Is the bed waterproof?
Canissage isn’t 100% waterproof so if you need it to be your best to put a puppy training pad or blanket over it prior to use.
